Buletin Veteriner Udayana is an open-access journal. All articles published by the journal are freely and immediately accessible to the public upon publication, without subscription or access fees.
The journal supports open access to scholarly research because unrestricted access to scientific knowledge promotes the global exchange of information, encourages collaboration, and contributes to the advancement of veterinary medicine, animal science, and related fields.
2. Licensing and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all articles published in Buletin Veteriner Udayana are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Under this license, users are permitted to:

Self-Archiving

The journal supports responsible self-archiving because it can facilitate wider dissemination, scholarly communication, collaboration, and citation of published research.
Digital Preservation
The journal is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. Published articles are digitally archived through appropriate preservation and indexing services, including national and international scholarly infrastructure where applicable, such as GARUDA, Crossref, and the PKP Preservation Network.
4. Article Processing Charges (APC) and Publication Fees
Buletin Veteriner Udayana is committed to maintaining transparent information regarding any fees associated with manuscript submission and publication.
- Information regarding submission fees, Article Processing Charges (APCs), or other publication-related fees, if applicable, is clearly stated in the journal's Author Guidelines and/or on the journal's official website.
- Any applicable fees are independent of the editorial and peer-review decisions and do not influence the scientific evaluation of manuscripts.
Waiver Policy
Where APCs or publication fees apply, the journal may provide full or partial fee waivers to authors from low-income countries or to researchers experiencing genuine financial hardship.
Requests for a fee waiver should be submitted before or during the submission process and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Financial circumstances will not influence the editorial evaluation or peer-review decision.
The journal is committed to ensuring that publication fees do not unnecessarily prevent qualified authors from disseminating their research.
