Veteran Street in Padangkerta Village, Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali is a primary collector route four (JKP-4) which is always used for community activities and connects between sub-district areas to the center of Karangasem city. However, the existing conditions show that the technical standards of the Minister of PUPR No. 5 of 2023 have not been met, characterized by limited sidewalks, inappropriate medians, suboptimal drainage systems, and a lack of public facilities. This study aims to identify the existing conditions of the Veteran Street landscape and provide an overview of road landscape planning that is safe, comfortable, and in accordance with technical provisions, so as to improve the quality of socio-cultural, and environmental functions in the area. The research method used is a qualitative method, a research stage that includes the stages of preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis, concept formulation, and planning. The results of the planning include the concept of spatial planning that divides buffer zones, services, and identities; circulation systems that accommodate vehicles and pedestrians safely and comfortably; facilities that support social interaction and user needs; and green systems that strengthen ecological and visual functions. This planning is expected to be able to improve the quality of public space, strengthen local identity, and support the welfare of the people of Karangasem.
