Persepsi pengguna terhadap tingkat kenyamanan ruang terbuka publik di Taman Sambas Asri Kota Jakarta Selatan

Public open spaces play an important role in supporting environmental quality and social activities in urban areas. However, the provision of green open space in DKI Jakarta remains far below the minimum requirement of 30% as mandated by Law No. 26 of 2007, with only 5.2% achieved in 2023. This study aims to identify the existing condition of Taman Sambas Asri and analyze users’ perceptions of its comfort level as a public open space. A quantitative method was applied using a Likert scale assessment based on eight comfort parameters, namely circulation, climate, noise, aroma, physical form, safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics. The results show that Taman Sambas Asri has an overall comfort level of 73.87%, categorized as comfortable, although the noise parameter remains less comfortable with a score of 52%. These findings indicate that the park generally provides a comfortable environment, yet improvements in facility completeness and noise management are still required to enhance its quality.
