Performance analysis of Strawberry agro-tourism supply chain management in Wiwanda Agrow

Wiwanda Agrow is one of the strawberry agritourism in Bali that has not used the assessment theory of supply chain management to assess its performance. This study aims to analyze the performance of Wiwanda Agrow's supply chain using the SCOR theory with the AHP approach. SCOR is a supply chain reference unit that integrates elements in management, namely business process reengineering, benchmarking, and measurement processes. The AHP method is a weighting process for each criterion, attribute, and sub-criteria. The results of distributing SCOR-based construct questionnaires obtained 5 core processes or criteria, 10 attributes, and 22 key performance indicators for further analysis using the AHP method. The results of data processing using expert choice software. The lowest value in the return process is found in the key indicator performance (RRE 1) level of consumer complaint handling with a value of 0.003 and the highest performance value is found in the plan criteria with key indicator performance (PRE 1) planning of strawberry seedlings with a value of 0.252. The overall performance assessment result of Wiwanda Agrow was 89.3. This value is categorized as "good" performance based on the normalization theory.
