Conflict of Interest
Kertha Semaya: Journal Ilmu Hukum requires all parties involved in the publication process to disclose and manage conflicts of interest that could influence, or reasonably be perceived to influence, objectivity in conducting activities, manuscript preparation, the peer-review process, editorial decision-making, or article publication.
Conflicts of interest (competing interests) may be financial or non-financial in nature. The existence of a relationship or interest does not in itself constitute a violation. Such relationships must be transparently disclosed so they can be evaluated and managed according to their nature and impact on the publication process.
This policy applies to authors, peer reviewers, the editorial team, the publisher, and journal managers, adhering to the principles of handling conflicts of interest outlined in the COPE Guidance on Conflicts of Interest.
