1. Digital Archiving System
This journal utilizes and supports the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) system available through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform to ensure independent, distributed, and long-term digital preservation. Through this system, digital archive copies are stored across multiple partner libraries and participating servers, ensuring that journal content remains secure, accessible, and easily recoverable in the event of a primary server failure.

2. External Archiving and Accessibility
To broaden reach and ensure accessibility for academics, researchers, and educational practitioners, all published articles are regularly indexed and archived across leading academic search platforms, including:
- Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital)
- Indonesia OneSearch by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (Perpusnas)
- Google Scholar

3. Data Backup and Security
To guarantee continuous access and safeguard documents against digital corruption risks, the journal management enforces the following routine maintenance standards:
- Conducting regular data backups on local servers as well as encrypted cloud storage.
- Maintaining and updating the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform regularly to ensure stability, access speed, and cybersecurity.
- Implementing strict data security protocols to minimize the risk of data loss, file corruption, or unauthorized archive manipulation.

4. Long-Term Access and Retraction Policy
All scientific articles that have undergone official publication are maintained for long-term open access via the official journal website.
Article deletion or retraction will only occur under extraordinary circumstances or specific situations involving violations of scientific publication ethics (such as severe plagiarism, data falsification, or copyright infringement) in accordance with applicable editorial policies.
